Gloria Kron—owner               

With over 25 years in the staffing industry, Gloria knows the ins and outs of successful placement. After opening Kron Associates Court Reporting in 1980, she saw a need in Anchorage for temporary office help. So she created a new division, Elite Temporaries, which later became Elite Employment Services. Since 1985, Elite has helped hundreds of business find the perfect employee in a variety of fields.

Amber Yeamans—Employment Counselor

Amber is the backbone of Elite Employment Services. She takes job orders, screens applicants and matches employees and employers. Tara Witterholt—Marketing

Amy is the newest member of our team. Originally from Minnesota, she has extensive technical and computer background and has worked in health care and with youth. Amy divides her time between court reporting and administrative assistant duties for Elite.
